Job Purpose
Lilley International is growing, and with that growth comes the need for a dedicated Used Truck Salesperson. Bring your talent and collaborative spirit and join our team!
The Used Truck Salesperson will work in close collaboration with our Used Truck Sales Manager and company truck sales team to sell and source used truck inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively work to sell used trucks from our inventory
- Geographically focus efforts in our core market as defined by our sales mapping in addition to a national approach for used truck sales
- Develop wholesale opportunities for purchase and sales with fleets and dealers
- Follow direction of used truck manager to help maintain inventory, source new inventory, support marketing efforts and build customer relationships
- Respond to all inbound inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Make outbound phone calls to develop leads
- Visit customer and prospects within the identified market area
* Refer new truck leads back to Raleigh sales team
* Refer used truck leads where customer is in our core market and call recorded in CRM with past 12 months
- Plan work activities in an organized manner and keep updated on our calendar app.
- Log all sales activity in our CRM system

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Results-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, motivated, and highly organized
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative and contributing member of a team
Working Conditions
The assignment will require occasional evening and weekend work, regular job site visits to all Lilley locations, some overnight travel and working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
The assignment may occasionally require repetitive physical tasks (such as operating a computer), standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, extended time traveling in a vehicle, and carrying equipment and materials up to 15 pounds.
